Post Placing the Order

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

All products are shipped directly from our warehouse based in Mumbai and Bengaluru and we work with reputed logistic partners to ensure quick and reliable deliveries. Our products are packaged and handed over after a final round of quality after securing with a bubble wrap and sealing in cartons.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Order in Transit

Most orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered within 2-10 working days. Your delivery may be delayed in case of unforeseeable circumstances. If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased order volumes. The actual estimated date of delivery will be communicated to you once the product has been shipped.

Don’t Want Your Order?

We hope you don’t have to, but in case you want to cancel your order, email us at within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

A) In case of a damaged product, email us at within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched within 1 week of sharing this information. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.

B) Wrong Item Delivered- Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID. Post this allow us 48 hours to review your replacement request. On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.

C) We will not be able to return/replace products if they have been opened/used/labels are missing
